To split the Foundation and Practitioner and access the package discount use our searchable Calendar, to find a suitable Foundation course and add it to your cart. Then find a suitable Practitioner course and add it to your cart. When you reach checkout, enter the discount code (PRACFOUND) and the Package pricing will apply.

You can book on our 5-day Foundation and Practitioner Package using our training calendar if you wish to attend the Foundation & Practitioner courses consecutively in the same week. The pricing is already discounted and no discount code is needed.

No. Tanner James offer “Flexible Exams”. This means, you can decide to schedule your exam at a time you feel prepared. We want you to concentrate on learning and not focusing your time around making sure you pass the exam.

We pride ourselves on our high quality trainers and training materials in conjunction with our “Flexible Exam” offering (see above). Therefore we do not offer free re-sits on exams. If you’re worried about passing the exam make sure you speak with your trainer to discuss what areas you need to focus on and if you should postpone your exam to do some more revision.

PRINCE2:

There is no longer a re-registration exam for PRINCE2 as of the 2018 update to the certification scheme (although the certification still expires after). There are now two options to stay a registered practitioner;

  1. Resit the full PRINCE2 Practitioner exam again at the end of three years.
  2. Stay registered as a PRINCE2 Practitioner through the MyPRINCE2 service managed by AXELOS.

Every PRINCE2 exam includes the first year of MyPRINCE2 for free. On the completion of your exam, you will receive an email with details about how to redeem.

Further information on this scheme is available on the AXELOS website.

MSP:

To retain your MSP Practitioner accreditation there are two options available

  1. Sit a re-registration examination within three to five years of your original certification.
  2. Stay registered as a MSP Practitioner through the MyMSP service managed by AXELOS.

Every MSP exam includes the first year of MyMSP for free. On the completion of your exam, you will receive an email with details about how to redeem.

Further information on this scheme is available on the AXELOS website.

If you have sat and passed an exam with Tanner James, you will be provided an electronic certificate.

This will become available through your online account with our exam institute PeopleCert. This is the account you setup prior to sitting your exam. Normally it should only take a week or two to receive this.

If you sat your exam prior to 2018, your certificate will be available through your login with APMG International.

You should automatically receive your exam results when they become available. However, if you haven’t received them a week after your exam, please contact us and we can follow this up for you.

You can pay by credit card when you book your course online.

However, we know sometimes this isn’t available to everyone, so when you checkout of your shopping cart there is an option to be sent an invoice that can be paid by credit card or by direct deposit. Our payment terms are then 7 days. This is unless agreed otherwise, or for a Government client where the booking cost exceeds $10k*.

*For Australian Government Departments and Agencies, if your invoice is less than $10k, the terms of payment are seven days. This is in accordance with the published Department of Finance RMG 416 – Facilitating Supplier payments, enabling suppliers to request payments by credit card for amounts below $10k from the Commonwealth.

Unlike other training providers who often run classes of over 25 people in a room, Tanner James keep class sizes to no more than 14 people. This gives course participants the best quality training, allowing the trainer more capability to assist everyone in the course.

All Tanner James course fees are GST inclusive and cover all your course outgoings – tuition, AXELOS Manuals, training materials and exams (if applicable).

Under Australian law all fees must state the total price of the good or service as a single figure, which should include any tax, duty, fee, levy or other additional charges.  We recommend you check carefully whether prices shown on competitors’ websites are GST inclusive when making comparisons.
