About the Course

This three day Foundation course will provide you with a sound understanding of the PRINCE2 components and process model. It will prepare you to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2. It will also prepare you to sit your PRINCE2 Foundation Exam.
