The Project Management Diploma (BSB51415) is an internationally recognised qualification in project management delivered through training, coaching, certification and assessment. This 4-day hands‐on course will equip you with the fundamental principles and skills of project management based upon the world-renowned best practice of PRINCE2® and to develop these as competencies during the assessment period.
The areas covered during the diploma include;
- Manage project scope
- Manage project time
- Manage project quality
- Manage project cost
- Manage project human resources
- Manage project information and communication
- Manage project risk
- Manage project integration.
The project management diploma differs from a traditional PRINCE2 certification by offering a broader scope of coverage, as well as a different method of assessment. Participants in the diploma are required to provide a portfolio of project documentation after completing the training to demonstrate their competency across the main nine areas of coverage.
Upon successful achievement of your project management diploma qualification post course development pathways include credits towards higher level qualifications, professional recognition by the Australian Institute of Project Management and certifications in PRINCE2® and PRINCE2 Agile® at Practitioner level.
