The above example shows how we incorporate training and coaching services for program and project teams to ensure tangible outcomes.
The training modules are combined with coaching participants to help them think through a program or project or the establishment of a program office.
Outcomes of this approach include the consideration, creation and capture of key artefacts relevant to the initiative. These may include, but are not limited to: a vision and blueprint for a program; a project brief and product breakdown structure for a project and a confirmed list of functions for a P3 Office. This allows program and project teams to establish a firm foundation for a program or project and hit the ground running.
Benefits of this approach include:
- Exam-ready participants
- Planned and deeply considered initiatives – programs, projects or offices
- On-the-job, experiential learning
- A skills-base to support future self-sufficiency
Our style of coaching is participant-centred, our job is to facilitate instruction and learning, not do the work for you. Our trainers are skilled at building relationships, creating a sense of community and shared purpose. Collegiate behaviours are modelled and we coach people in-line with our values: integrity, care, making a difference, courage, responsibility and having fun.
