Course overview
This half-day course provides a detailed look at the benefits and structure of PRINCE2 from a senior management perspective. A solid framework for reporting/information gathering and subsequent decision-making will be provided, based on the underlying principle of management by exception. The course is designed to equip you with enough knowledge of PRINCE2 to enable you to participate in providing overall direction to a project following the method, either as a project board member or as project assurance.

Delegate participation
