Course overview
This highly participative course covers the application of PRINCE2 processes, components and techniques to the life cycle of a project. The course is driven by teaching sessions, supported by discussions to gain from experience of others, and individual exercises and syndicate case studies to reinforce skills learned and improve on weaknesses.
The class provides a workshop environment to allow the delegate, after practice, to achieve a skill level in project management associated with being able to use the PRINCE2 processes, components and techniques to effectively manage business projects.

Course prerequisites
Ideally delegates should:
