MSP Foundation (Managing Successful Programmes) CBT
The MSP Foundation course is a completely integrated training course for companies and individuals that wish to train to MSP Foundation level.
It is a fact that most people who operate in a project environment are actually planning and controlling many projects, all running in parallel and all sharing the same finite resources.
As a result, techniques and approaches are beginning to emerge to help people manage the more complicated multi-project environment more effectively and to cater for special problems which have to be addressed when managing programmes rather than single projects.
This comprehensive multimedia computer-based training (CBT) course provides an in-depth assessment of the different types of programmes which can exist and how best to go about planning, resourcing, monitoring and controlling them so that the business benefits are maximised.
What does the course contain? 
This multimedia based course includes approximately six to eight hours of interactive tutorials with self-testing, voice and animation. The course also contains a simulated exam module that mirrors the actual MSP Foundation exam in timing and number of questions. The exam simulator also has a unique facility to skip questions you are not sure of, with the functionality to return later – time permitting, or to review and change your answers before you submit them for marking at the end of the exam. The questions are randomised, and the idea is to get to at least a 65% pass rate, prior to taking the actual exam. Useful FAQs and glossary pages – are all integrated using the latest educational design techniques.
