Programme Management provides a structured framework for implementing your business strategies and initiatives through the coordinated management of a collection or dossier of projects. Programme Management provides you with a mechanism for managing the pace of your business change and for actively driving out benefits from that change. Your projects will be aligned to your strategy and your risks will be systematically managed.
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP™) provides a tried and tested solution for the implementation of programme management, as well as being a de facto standard across the world supported by an internationally recognised accreditation system.
This hands-on three day course will provide you with a solid model for setting up and successfully managing a benefits driven strategic change programme within your organisation. Case study sessions are used throughout this course to focus on the practical application of the method and reinforce learning. These case study sessions account for approximately 50% of the course.
This course is offered publicly or can be delivered in-house within your organisation, with flexible timetables which can be varied to suit your availability. This course leads to the MSP Foundation Certificate, with the multi-choice exam being taken at the end of day 3.
