TANNER JAMES WELCOMES GERSHON REPORT RECOMMENDATIONS

Tanner James has welcomed recommendations made by Sir Peter Gershon, in his independent review of the Australian Government's use of information and communication technology (ICT). The recommendations strongly endorse OGC management methods, such as MSP and PRINCE2, as cornerstones for implementation of policy as well as P3M3 as a relevant maturity assessment method.

As such, the question for all Government Agencies is no longer whether OGC methods should be used, but how to implement them in a way that ensures they are skillfully and appropriately applied.
