PRINCE-in-Practice Workshops - Implementation Series
The Implementation Series workshops are focused on assisting projects with the application of PRINCE2 (or indeed your organisation’s Project Management Method), at specific points of the Method’s implementation.
These workshops are designed to be used on a just-in-time basis and are focused on driving projects through the processes including the creation of management products as appropriate. Experienced Tanner James consultants will facilitate these workshops.
The following workshops are offered:
- Starting Up a Project (1-2 days)
- Initiating a Project (2-4 days)
- Establishing Stage Controls (1-2 days)
- Closing a Project (1-2 days).
PRINCE-in-Practice Workshops - Skills Series
The Skills Series Workshops focus on improving the application of key areas of project management by improving skills.
These workshops are designed to be used on an as required basis, but will typically be attended by those who wish to improve key areas of their projects.
Four one-day workshops are currently available as follows:

- Practical Planning
- Controlling and Reporting Progress
