As a P3M3® Accredited Consulting Organisation tanner James assisted AGIMO in piloting P3M3® (2009). Following the SIGB’s endorsement of P3M3®, and the Department of Finance’s advice to FMA Agencies (November 2009), we have conducted numerous independent P3M3® Assessments and provided support with Capability Improvement Planning for small FMA Agencies (as defined by the Gershon Review Appendices).
The Gershon Review (p. 66) states “I envisage that a ‘lite’ version of this methodology will also need to be developed for smaller agencies.” As such, Tanner James are conscious that small Agencies are considering how P3M3® should be appropriately applied to their Agency while still complying with AGIMO’s requirements of completing an assessment by June 2011.
