Classroom Based PMBOK® Training
Diploma of Project Management (BSB51407)
This 5 day hands on course will provide you with skills in the fundamental principles of project management based around the nine knowledge areas as defined in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). Case study sessions using real project scenarios (your projects) are used throughout this course to focus on practical application and reinforce learning.
Assessment is conducted post attendance at the 5 day course.
This program will also position you (no further formal training is required) to gain certification by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) as a Registered Project Manager (RPM) and to sit for the Project Management institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification.
