About CHAMPS2
CHAMPS2® was originally developed by Birmingham City Council and its partners to assure success in the Council’s £2 billion transformation programme. Now, this proven business change method is made freely available to organisations in the public and private sectors.
CHAMPS2 is a vision led, benefits-driven business change method which is broad in scope and encompasses the whole business change journey. It helps you define your organisation’s strategic needs and then provides a tailored journey to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved.
Our CHAMPS2 ATO status is currently pending final accreditation. This is expected to be completed by the end of April. Advanced bookings for training courses can be accepted prior to final accreditation.
